Leadership and strategy professionals, Craig Snook and Jane Baxter Lynn developed this affordable leadership training program because they are both passionate about helping nonprofits and small businesses succeed. The linkage between leadership, strategy and identity makes this offering different from the usual leadership programs. They present in plain language and through sharing of experiences to help leaders develop themselves and their organizations.
Both Craig and Jane have been involved in leadership for years. With a long career involving leadership development, Craig currently serves as Board chair on two local nonprofits (EcoRise Youth Innovations and Growing Roots). Jane is an Austin-based facilitator, strategic planner and communications specialist. She has experience in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership, including as the first ED for two nonprofit organizations and serving in leadership positions on numerous professional and charity Boards. She also heads up the Women Communicators of Austin’s Mentor Program and serves on the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas’ Advisory Council.
