You know those days spent at a typical conference where you’re most valuable time was spent in the hallway, having that one really important conversation that changes the way you look at your business, or helps you solve a long standing problem? This event is a full day of those conversations.

Spark of Genius is a one-day conference in a “camp” style. It’s not like any other event you’ve ever attended.  Hosted by AGBeat.com and sponsored by Constant Contact, this is a free and very full day of helpful conversations, peer-lead discussion groups and fellowship.

Date: Friday, June 7th
Time: 9am – 4pm
Cost: FREE
Location: Tarrant County College, Trinity River Campus
300 Trinity Campus Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76102

The day begins with all participants submitting and voting on the topics they are most interested in covering for the day.
Eight to fifteen topics will be selected depending on the number of participants. Topics range from technology, marketing, financing, grants, human resources, time management, outreach and more.

During the lunch hour, a special workshop will be facilitated by TANO Vice Chair, Julie Niehoff on Strategies for Growth using Email & Social Media. Also free.

Typically, there are about 100 participants and about half are nonprofits.   It’s a remarkable experience and you can get more information about the event on the event website at http://sparkofgenius.agbeat.com
