Jennifer Pearson, an Underwriting Manager for Monitor Liability Managers, LLC, is responsible for the Nonprofit Management Liability Insurance product. Since joining Monitor in 2000, she has held underwriter and senior underwriter positions in Employment Practices Liability and Lawyers Professional Liability. She has been in her current role since November 2009. Prior to Monitor, she was an underwriter at Intercargo (a division of XL Specialty Insurance) and CNA. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelorās in sociology. She currently serves on the board of the District 57 Education Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization that supports local schools in Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Christopher Ziemba is a Managing Claims Attorney for Monitor Liability Managers, LLC. He is responsible for Employment Practices Liability and Nonprofit Management Liability claims. Prior to joining Monitor Christopher was in private practice and served as litigation counsel to several companies. He is consistently involved in the management, negotiation and resolution of employment-related claims. He has been employed by Monitor for the past seven years and has been a practicing attorney for 14 years. Christopher is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, holds an M.B.A. from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is a member of the Illinois Bar.
