The State Bar of Texas created the Texas Legal Protection Plan (TLPP) in 1972 to better meet the legal needs of Texans. For almost 40 years, TLPP has remained the State’s oldest, largest and most comprehensive legal plan available.
As a nonprofit organization, TLPP is mission driven on keeping affordable and effective legal assistance accessible to all Texans.
