About Engage 501

Engage501 is a multi-session series that will help nonprofits form a bridge to diverse communities. Nonprofit staff, board members, advocates and volunteers are all invited to attend. This multicultural engagement initiative uses an inclusive and culturally relevant approach to community engagement. The goal is to build the capacity of the nonprofit sector in Texas by creating meaningful connections, understanding multicultural communities and providing engagement tools.  Put simply, this initiative will help you create advocates, volunteers, board members and donors through building cultural sensitivity assets that will broaden nonprofits’ relevance to their communities and diversify their growth.  more
