Steve Whiteford brings 20 years experience as a corporate trainer and coach. He specializes in coaching business professionals and leading workshops in Presentation, Constructive Conflict, Leadership Development and a broad array of related communication skills. He has effectively led corporate executives and media personalities to powerful and effective personal presentation for over twenty five years.

Through his company, Steve has designed and conducted scores of successful workshops for a great variety of companies across many industries. His background also includes sub-contracting for major training firms, consulting in career development, directing and narrating corporate video, segment producing for P.M. Magazine, and performances for stage, film and television. Steve has studied body centered psychology extensively and is certified in several personal assessment instruments including EQi, EQi360, and the Meyers Briggs Indicator. He has also served as a consultant / trainer for major outplacement firms.


Steve has been featured in Entrepreneur, TWA’s Ambassador, Training & Development Journal, Idea Magazine, and on Air-America Radio.

With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Brent Kobayashi has a proven track record for delivering business results through strategic planning and operational initiatives.  Combing ten years of hotel operations management and ten years of training and human resources management, Brent has been able to successfully direct programs and initiatives that have assisted hotel companies (IE. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts) in achieving some of the most distinguished awards in the hospitality industry, including the AAA Five Diamond Award and the Mobil Five Star Award.

A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Hospitality Administration Program, Brent has been able to work closely with corporate and executive teams in creating learning initiatives that drive the business culture and maintain high levels of service performance.


In his current role as a consultant, he has been able to apply his knowledge and assist various organizations on assessing and improving current levels of service delivery in both the hospitality and healthcare industry.

 

 


With fifteen years of experience in international business, training and organizational development, Liisa Pursiheimo-Marcks is passionate about creating sustainable change in behaviors, skills and performance. As a Talent and Development Consultant at Freescale Semiconductor, Liisa led numerous organizational change initiatives and was in charge the succession planning and professional development of the Global Sales and Marketing function of over 1000 employees worldwide. Liisa's facilitation style grounds itself on high interaction and storytelling. She is especially skilled at helping teams see and articulate their vision in an actionable way.


Liisa has a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in International Marketing. Having led global teams and lived on four continents, Liisa provides deep insight on navigating national and organizational cultures. She speaks English, Finnish, Spanish, plus some Swedish and German. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also a DDI certified facilitator (Development Dimensions International). After growing up in the nordic Finland, Liisa loves the hot summers of her chosen home town Austin, Texas.
