Creating & Negotiating Engaging Sponsorships

Presented in cooperation with the Greater Dallas Chapter AFP

Who wants exposure to my audience? Answering that question is the first step to an engaging sponsorship. Once you find strategic sponsor prospects, and then learn what they are looking for, you have the foundation for a powerful partnership. In this session we'll explore the most valuable rights and benefits to offer, how to make your sponsorship engaging, how to attract the media, and then how to negotiate for a fair, win-win price. Participants are asked to bring a sponsorship package to use in exercises. We will take each package and analyze them for strengths and weaknesses, insuring that you leave with an engaging sponsorship package!

Following this education session participants will be able to:

 - Understand what sponsors are looking for in today's marketing climate

 - Design their sponsorship packages with more value and engagement for sponsors

 - Price their sponsorships to provide real value and then close the deal
