Grantsmanship Training Program in Houston

United Way Nonprofit Connection will be hosting the nationally-recognized Grantsmanship Training Program here in Houston on April 12-16, 2010. Often described as the gold standard of grants training, The Grantsmanship Center has trained more than 110,000 staff members of nonprofit and government agencies around the world.

The week-long program is designed for both novice and experienced grantseekers. This hands-on, comprehensive program covers the complete grant development process from researching to writing to reviewing proposals. Upon completion of the workshop, graduates receive a full year of free follow-up services through the Grantsmanship Alumni Membership Program.

Tuition for the workshop is $895. There are a limited number of partial tuition scholarships available for organizations with annual budgets of less than $300,000.

Enrollment is limited to 30 participants to assure personalized attention. To register, or to apply for a scholarship, call The Grantsmanship Center directly at (800) 421-9512 or (213) 482-9860. For more information or to enroll online, go to www.tgci.com. If you have questions about the local area, please contact Erica Bryant at map@unitedwayhouston.org.

We hope you will be able to join us on April 12-16.
