Plus, learn how four childhood passions are key to your career satisfaction, and try the 20 questions to unlock your unique passion. “Aligning Your Career” can help you create a vision of your ideal career, and focus you on finding it without necessarily changing companies.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the four key components of career satisfaction
2. Describe the four childhood passions and how they relate to adult career fulfillment.
3. Identify 3-6 of their own areas of career passion.
4. Identify their most important career-related values.
5. Identify their most important functional skills and personal traits.
6. Draft a rough description of their ideal career vision.
