Essential Grant Skills

In just two days, The Grantsmanship Center's Essential Grant Skills workshop will give you the powerful tools, concepts, insights, approaches, and methods that have spelled grant success for thousands--since The Grantsmanship Center created the first training programs for grantseekers in 1972.

Essential Grant Skills will provide

  • a solid overview of the entire grants process--government, foundation, and corporate
  • an in-depth look at the areas that pose the toughest problems, even for seasoned grants professionals
  • practical tools to overcome those hurdles

This is an interactive workshop. Instead of listening to a lecture for hours on end, you'll actually practice what you're learning. And you'll do it all under the guidance of a skilled and experienced trainer who knows how to hold your interest and keep you engaged.

You'll leave with a tangible work product: a custom-crafted outline of core proposal elements, tailored specifically for your organization, giving you a head start on future grant proposals.

After completing the Essential Grant Skills workshop, you may access The Grantsmanship Center's database of foundation, corporate, and government funders for six months (a $250 value!) at no extra charge.

Tuition for this two-day workshop is $445. There are a limited number of partial scholarships for nonprofit organizations with budgets less than $300,000. To reserve a place in this training, you can register online or call The Grantsmanship Center's Registrar at (800) 421-9512.
