Want to get your message across in way that others will understand? In this program participants will explore communication styles using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a foundation. When applied, these tools can be an invaluable asset to communicating with your staff, your boards, your volunteers and your donors.

MBTITopics covered will be: giving and receiving feedback, influencing, and decision making.

Participants will need to have attended an MBTI program and know their 4-letter personality type.

Lunch Options:

Bring a brown bag or purchase lunch at Simon's Cafe, conveniently located on the 4th floor of the Highland Business Center.
