Chelsea Woodhead is Sr. Manager of Culture and Communications for BuildASign.com, where she oversees communications, philanthropy and corporate culture. Chelsea joined BuildASign.com in 2010 and helped launch the company’s formal Giving Program, which has provided more than $350,000 worth of in-kind donations to more than 400 non-profit organizations to date. Her professional career has been dedicated to serving the public sector through work with non-profits, city government and in community relations roles for leading technology companies.
A passionate community advocate, Chelsea volunteers and supports several non-profits in the Austin area and enjoys helping others find meaningful ways to give back. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Austin Pro Bono -- an organization dedicated to connecting skills-based volunteers with non-profits in need of pro bono services -- and the Austin Young Chamber, where she also leads the Community Committee.
Chelsea was born and raised in Spokane, WA and graduated from Gonzaga University with degrees in Public Relations, Political Science and Women’s Studies. She moved to Austin in 2007 with her husband, Dustin, and enjoys playing sports and taking full advantage of all the city has to offer. Together, they own ATX Sports & Adventures, an adult sports and recreation company, and are proud parents to a rescue dog, Riley.

Dorelia “Dee” Silva is the Giving Program Coordinator for BuildASign.com, where she manages philanthropic partnerships with local, regional and national organizations, helping them reduce overhead expenses in order to dedicate more funds directly to the causes they support. Dee’s passion for the non-profit sector stems from her professional experience with a number of organizations focused on higher education for underrepresented populations.
Dee is a new member of Young Hispanic Professionals of Austin and was involved with a number of organizations in San Marcos, TX prior to moving to Austin in the fall of 2010.
