This series is an intensive three-day program for Executive Directors who have 1) been in the Executive Director position less than three years and 2) are looking for fast-track training on skill development.
We’ll discuss leadership, management, working with the board, fundraising, planning, marketing, policies, legal issues, financial management, human resources, and change management. Be part of a group of leaders who have come to strengthen their skills and address their own organizational issues through problem-solving exercises, role-play, presentation, discussion. You’ll receive a sourcebook of information resources, and some of the best nonprofit experts around will share their stories, tools and insights. Walk away with practical materials and strategies to use immediately in your own organization.
This three-day program will meet on November 11, 12, and 13 from 9am - 5pm.
