To Be or Not To Be a 501(c)(3) is a 2 part series with 4 sections of learning designed to help you determine 'if you should be' and ultimately 'how to be'. Part 1 lays out the facts and the options and paints an accurate picture of the journey you would be taking. Then if you are decided, Part 2 will show you the steps to formation and provide the opportunity to engage legal advise if needed.  Part 1 is a prerequisite for Part 2 and must be completed first.
