To Be or Not To Be a 501(c)(3) - Part 1

Part I - In this workshop, participants will learn the process of incorporation (forming a corporation at the state level) and securing tax-exempt status under sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Participants will be guided line-by-line in preparing Form 1023, the application for tax-exempt status.
