To reserve your space, please email Mary McQueen at mmcqueen@txstateaq.org. Send checks made payable to AFP Coastal Bend to P.O. Box 417, Corpus Christi, Texas  78403. Cancelation Policy: Refunds will be given to registrants who are unable to attend an event if the Chapter receives notification via email (above) or telephone (361-881-1255) at least 48 hours before the event. The Chapter will accept substitutions for your reservation. Registrants who either notify the Chapter after the 48 hour window or are no-shows are the day of the event are asked to honor their commitment to offset the cost of food, speakers and other event costs.
