Outcomes Based Evaluation

The process of evaluating whether or not the desired outcomes of your program or organization were achieved is a vital factor in demonstrating success. Program evaluation is a process, not a one time event and involves an ongoing set of activities to understand what an organization does and how it improves the activities over time.  In this workshop you will: gain a thorough understanding of outcomes based program evaluation; learn how to develop a logic model; and learn how logic models can be used in program planning and evaluation.
