Please find attached a submission form for the RecongizeGood Legends program, which works to honor those in our community who perform good deeds. If you submit a special person for their good deeds and that individual is chosen as a monthly Legend, the individual will receive a $500 pay-it-forward check to the charity of their choice, AND you will receive a $500 check to be donated to the charity of your choice simply for letting us know about this special person.
